The name SERO-SHINES merges "SERO," derived from serotonin, another crucial neurotransmitter linked to mood regulation and happiness, with "SHINES," symbolizing the radiance that gratitude brings into our lives. This team represents the illuminating power of gratitude to uplift spirits and strengthen connections within the community. When we express gratitude, we not only enhance our own well-being but also inspire those around us, creating a ripple effect of positivity and light.the powerful connection between gratitude.

The name DOPA-MINDS combines "DOPA," referencing dopamine, a neurotransmitter often associated with feelings of pleasure and reward, and "MINDS," which signifies the mental and emotional processes involved in experiencing gratitude. This team embodies the idea that gratitude activates the brain's reward system, enhancing mental well-being and fostering positive emotions. By embracing gratitude, we unlock the potential for joy, creativity, and mindfulness—essential elements for a fulfilling life.

DOPA-MINDS

M Shell (Senior) The M shell represents the most complex and mature understanding of gratitude. Senior participants embody a refined appreciation for the nuances of life, recognizing the interconnectedness of all experiences. At this level, gratitude transcends personal relationships

L Shell (Junior) The L shell signifies the next layer of gratitude, where individuals begin to expand their understanding and expression of thankfulness. In this stage, typically associated with junior participants, individuals learn to appreciate more complex interactions, such as friendships and community. They start recognizing the impact of their actions on others and vice versa, fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility. This layer illustrates the growth of gratitude from familial ties to social connections.

K Shell (Junior) The K shell represents the foundational layer of gratitude. Just as the K shell is the closest to the nucleus and holds the first electrons, this category symbolizes the initial experiences of gratitude in young individuals.
